Thinking of switching to Electronic signing-in but not sure as to which software to choose? We have been supplying our visitor and contractor signing-in software and hardware, designed to make things simple.

​Late Arrival/Early Leavers Authorisation Passes
Students arriving late or leaving early? Please ask for a sample of our manual paper signing in system designed to provide accurate & up-to-date records of every pupil in your building.

Authorise Absence System
Pupils leaving school during school hours require careful monitoring. Our Authorised Absence Paper Pass, enables you to know at a glance who is not on school premises and when they will be returning.

Accident/Illness Reporting System
Ensure any Accidents or Incidents are correctly reported to the school and parents. A pre-numbered slip system provides accurate details of any incidents and when and what happened.
This is available as a standard off-the-shelf 'one write' paper system or alternatively in a padded format, and can be personalised.

The reporting of any medical treatment is very important within your school. Our simple and inexpensive reporting system will provide everything you need to ensure parents are kept up-to-date regarding their child.
